The Sorors of the Quality Quad States prides themselves on giving back to our different communities to organizations that work with the underprivileged citizens. During the 2013 and 2015 Regional Conferences, monetary donations were provided to local non-profit organizations in the host cities that assist HBCU’s as well as an organization that provides food and shelter to homeless individuals and families. Chapters of the Quad States are active in providing assistance to the different communities in which they are located by giving scholarships to graduating high school students, donating money to homeless shelters to assist with meals, proving financial donations as well as clothing items to shelters for battered women and children, donating backpacks and other school supplies to local elementary schools and donating wraps to nursing homes for the elderly residents. The Chapters also were represented during MLK day parades, heart health day and Founder's Day activities. Sorors of Quad States continue annually to donate to their different communities. During the 2016-2017 Sorority year, chapters assisted area food banks with “Backpack” meals for kids. This
